Rum n' Cream



A strong, sweet tasting cocktail perfect for a night in to kick back and relax.


                                                           Ingredients    
          
3 oz Jamaican Rum
3 oz Cream Soda
1 tbsp  Mint Leaves
2 slices Lemon




     Recipe:
          
  1. Finely chop six or seven mint leaves (I used spearmint).
  2. Then put four cubes of ice in an old-fashioned glass.
  3. Sprinkle the mint over as you put the ice in so that it's evenly spread out and not floating on the top or crammed at the bottom.
  4. Measure out a healthy 3oz of Jamaican Rum (I used Captain Morgan's Black Label).
  5. Top it up with Cream Soda (I used Bickfords for this)
  6. Add the lemon slices on top. Voila!
