Thai Tarragon Cooler






Thai Tarragon Cooler
6 to 8 tarragon leaves (from your backyard or windowsill herb garden)
1 inch sliced cucumber (from your garden or local farm)
Juice from one lime
1 tablespoon local honey (one idea is Halleluyah Honey from Carson Valley,
1 ounce of brewed Davidson's organic chamomile tea (from Sparks, Nev.)
Sparkling water
Muddle fresh tarragon with sliced cucumber in cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients (except soda water) and shake. Strain into tall glass. Add soda water then stir. Garnish with spear of cucumber and fresh tarragon sprig.



Strawberry Caipiroska






Strawberry Caipiroska
1.5 ounces Van Gogh Vodka
1 ounce raw sugar
3 to 4 fresh strawberries (from your strawberry patch this summer)
1 whole lime, quartered
Muddle lime in cocktail shaker. Add strawberries. Finish muddling. Add remaining ingredients with ice. Shake to mix. Double strain over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with fresh whole strawberry.

Thai Thyme Blackberry Margarita


1.5 ounces Corazon tequila
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce fresh lime juice
.25 ounce local honey (one idea is Halleluyah Honey from Carson Valley
8 blackberries from your favorite farmers' market in the summer (one idea is the South Reno Sunday morning farmers' market)
4 to 6 sprigs of thyme (fresh from your backyard)
Muddle blackberries and fresh thyme in shaker. Add remaining ingredients with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain over an ice-filled rocks glass rimmed with kosher salt. Garnish with two blackberries skewered with thyme sprig.

Party Punch


Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 cups brewed black tea
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 cups light rum
  • 2 trays ice cubes
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, chilled

Directions

In a punch bowl, combine strawberries, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, water and tea. Stir in sugar and rum. Add Ice, and pour in lemon soda.

Sangria! Sangria!
















Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup brandy                                          
  •  1 lime, sliced into rounds
  • 1/1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1/4 cup white sugar 
  • 8 maraschino cherries
  • 2 cups carbonated water(optional)

BOLS Strawberry Delight - Classic 

60ml BOLS Natural Yoghurt
25ml Strawberry Liqueur
25ml Lemon Juice

5ml Sugar Syrup


2 Strawberries


Muddle strawberries in a highball glass. Add all ingredients. Fill with crushed ice and stir well.

Blue Motorcycle


             

          Ingredients

  •      2 cups ice cubes
  •      1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vodka
  •      1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger tequila
  •      1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger rum
  •      1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger gin
  •      1/2 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger Blue Curacao
  •      1 dash sour mix
  •      2 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated       
  •                                              1 slice fresh lemon


Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, tequila, rum, gin, Blue Curacao, sour mix and lemon-lime soda. Shake vigorously to get a frothy head on the drink. Pour the contents of the shaker, including ice, into tall bar glass and garnish with a slice of lemon.
